A Claude Code plugin with zero dependencies. When a code edit makes your docs wrong, it flags them and patches them before the commit lands.
What I built
- After a source edit, a PostToolUse hook pulls the exported names and CLI flags from the changed file and searches the markdown for them.
- For an Edit it reads the replaced text, so it catches symbols that were removed or renamed.
- The /stale-docs command audits the whole repo and ranks the ten most confident findings, orphans first.
- With --ci it fails only when a doc references a file that doesn't exist.
